Challenges we ran into

Additionally, we faced the challenge of providing a better editor experience, allowing users to treat content as an artifact and update only the required parts efficiently. The limitations of the current Forge platform, particularly in terms of rich text editing capabilities and the flexibility of custom fields, also posed constraints that required creative problem-solving. Finally, integrating the tool seamlessly into Jira without disrupting existing workflows posed its own technical and design challenges.
