Inspiration
"LaserMaze" emerges from the heart-pounding excitement of heist movies, drawing inspiration from the unforgettable Laser Dance scene in "Ocean's Twelve." The concept centers around the captivating idea of navigating a maze brimming with lasers with the grace of Night Fox (portrayed by Vincent Cassel). This notion became an irresistible prospect with the advent of new MR technologies, encompassing room capturing and precise body tracking that marks the pathway to transforming this cinematic fantasy into a mixed-reality gaming adventure.
The overarching goal is to craft a physical gaming experience that mirrors the finesse and precision of Night Fox's movements during the iconic Laser Dance scene. This ambitious aim is intricately tied to the continuous evolution of MR technologies, a journey that Pico has paved the way for with its body-tracking devices.
