The idea evolved from a Scouting project to organize an RC Helicopter competition. Shortly, the discussion advanced to weaponizimg the drones and the adults quickly diverted the project towards using Nerf Laser Tag guns in aerial combat. As this is our first event we have truncated the project to only one laser enabled drone fighting a land based unit.
