Inspiration

During COVID, dog adoptions were in high demand at shelters all across the world. Some shelters have even had a dog shortage. Since 2019, there has been a 30-40% increase in the purchasing of dogs due to everyone staying at home. Many of these new dog owners are unfamiliar with the obligations and new ways of life that come with adopting a dog into the household. They are unaware of all of a dog's requirements, both on a daily basis and in terms of long-term care. So, I made an app which helps to take care of the dogs.

What it does

• Food and Eating Habits: Get notified in time when your dogs need food.

• Connect - Community: Connect with other dog owners to know more about the dogs and their habits.

• Toys and products: You can buy toys and your dog essentials.

• Connect with Vet: You can connect with vet if your dog feels unusual.

Challenges we ran into

I felt challenging while choosing the colour scheme for the UI and deciding the features was difficult one.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I proud that even after these challenges, I could able to complete the project and ensure perfect linking of all the project components.

What we learned

I learned a lot about Figma and how to make a pitch deck for our app during this process. In addition, when developing features for our app, we learned a lot about the issues that dog owners frequently experience. We aim to keep contributing solutions to difficulties that individuals in our planet face today!
