LandVerse

Inspiration

We wanted to solve the problem of finding and selling land in a simple, transparent, and digital way. Many land transactions are still offline, time-consuming, and lack reliable information.

What it does

LandVerse is an AI-powered land marketplace where users can buy and sell land, explore properties on an interactive map, view multiple images, and access detailed property information through a secure platform.

How we built it

We designed the UI/UX in Figma, developed the frontend using React, integrated Google Maps for location services, built authentication for buyers, sellers, and admins, and used AI tools to speed up design, development, and content creation.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenges were integrating realistic maps, designing a smooth user experience, managing different user roles, and completing all features within the hackathon timeline.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built a modern, responsive platform with separate buyer, seller, and admin panels, realistic map integration, secure authentication, and a professional user interface.

What we learned

This project improved our skills in full-stack development, UI/UX design, teamwork, AI-assisted development, and solving real-world problems under tight deadlines.

What's next for LandVerse

We plan to add AI-based land recommendations, government land record verification, satellite imagery, online document verification, secure payment integration, and mobile applications to make LandVerse a complete digital real estate ecosystem.
