Inspiration

As Laguardia students, we suffer from finding resources.

What it does

Our product provides a efficient way for student to find the resource that suits there need.

How we built it

We use the chatgpt api for generating the prompt and speech recognition api to be able to turn the speech to text.

Challenges we ran into

LinkedIn Web-Scraping (Against their ToS) : We want to be able to scape some useful information from a linkedin laguardia computer science group. But it turns out it is agianst their term of service. We end up showing the students the link that redirect to the resources.

Modify the input for chatGPT API to allow it to only generate the correct resources. We want the API to generate correct resources, so we provide a dictionary that provides the correct resource.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our product and we successfully build this application according to our project goals.
