Inspiration
We all have to perform certain tasks in our daily lives, and this situation can sometimes be challenging. Our inspiration is to gamify the tasks of individuals who aspire to achieve something and reward them.
What it does
There is a certain period to acquire habits, and this period is typically considered to be 21 days in the initial stage. At the end of each week, we will provide the user with a personalized NFT based on their ranking and a certain number of tokens based on the NFT's rank.
How we built it
As a team of 3 developers and 1 designer, we strived to bring our ideas to life as much as possible in the initial stage. On the blockchain side, we utilized Solidity, Hardhat, and Chainlink functions, while for the frontend, we employed Next.js and Tailwind.
Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges we encountered was integrating Chainlink functions later in the development process. Another challenge we faced was the initial lack of a well-defined task distribution within the team and the departure of two of our colleagues.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Apart from our individual personal development, the aspect we take the most pride in is our ability to truly function as a team, especially considering that we are already university friends.
What we learned
Technically, we continuously improved upon Solidity and frontend by building upon our previous work. However, the aspect we prioritized the most, as mentioned in the previous point, was learning how to become a truly cohesive team.
What's next for Ladderit
Ladderit has some exciting things in store for the coming months. We currently have three planned versions in mind. The first version is what we are currently working on. In the second version, we will transition to the socialfi aspect. In the third part, we will further enhance the socialfi section and create a DAO. In addition to these plans, we are also thrilled about an innovative innovation we have in mind.
