LaborSight employs a ratings system to let users see severity of each businesses' violations. In addition, users can see key statistics of individual businesses including statistics and graphical representation of violations, including comparisons against their industry, neighborhood, and nation.
Finally, LaborSight encourages users to take action and notify peers of violators by spreading the word through popular social media sites, Twitter and Facebook.
