🌟 The Spark That Started a Science Uprising

It all began with a wooden crane built at age 12, powered by water and imagination. That raw joy lit a fire. A fire that asked:

Why isn’t every child in the world given the chance to feel like a scientist?

Lab2Life wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born in a schoolyard.

Forged in curiosity. Raised by mission. Powered by rebellion.

⚠️ The Crisis

Millions of children memorize science — but never feel it.
Parents stay disconnected. Classrooms stay passive.

Curiosity dies young.

🔥 Our Uprising

Lab2Life transforms passive learners into active discoverers through expert-led hands-on experiments that kids take home — engaging their parents, sparking conversations, and turning kitchens into laboratories.

We don’t teach science.

We ignite it.

🧪 What We Built: More Than a Platform — It's a Global Science Movement

We didn't just build a website.
We built a global laboratory without walls — one that travels across continents, languages, and family dinner tables.

🔬 The Experience

  • Experiment Passport: Gamified science adventure with global stamps, badges, and XP
  • Family Ripple Effect: Every experiment = take-home science kit for families to try together
  • AI Lab Assistant (Beta): Works offline, speaks local languages, and gives instant visual feedback
  • Live Impact Tracker: Metrics that show replication across schools, homes, and communities

🎯 The Mission

This isn’t seasonal EdTech.
This is continuous wonder creation.

Monthly experiments delivered to underserved schools, creating lifelong scientific habits.

🛠️ How We Built It: AI as My Co-Founder

I’m a Business Analyst from a pharmacy background — with zero coding experience. But I had one question: Can pure vision build a platform? Enter Bolt — my technical co-founder.
Every interaction on this site — from dynamic CTAs to modular flows — was crafted using natural language prompts. I spoke vision.
Bolt returned code.

Built With:

  • 🛠️ Bolt – Front-End, Hosting, Layout Engine
  • 🤖 OpenAI (ChatGPT) – Content, Prompting, Iteration
  • 🎨 Sora – AI image generation (branding, thumbnails)
  • 🧰 Canva – Video polish and visual media

- 🌐 Netlify – Deployment, DNS, Custom Domain

🎯 Challenge Participation

We are officially participating in the following Bolt Hackathon Challenges:

✅ Deploy Challenge

Lab2Life was deployed on Netlify, using a Bolt-generated frontend integrated with Netlify's DNS and CI/CD support. All hosting, previews, and updates were managed via Netlify during the project lifecycle.

✅ Custom Domain Challenge

We registered and hosted Lab2Life on a live custom domain:
This gives the platform a polished, production-grade identity that’s ready to scale across schools and regions.

🚧 Challenges We Faced

  • Complex Product, No Code: Built gamified multi-page flows entirely through Bolt
  • Triple Audience: Balanced fun for kids, clarity for teachers, and trust for school admins
  • Solo Testing: Manually tested across devices and screen sizes

- Production Feel: Built a platform that feels live, not like another MVP

🚀 What’s Next: Gemma-Powered Revolution

Lab2Life Lite — Our AI Lab Companion (under development)
Built using Google’s open-source Gemma 3n model, it will:

  • ✅ Work offline for rural connectivity
  • ✅ Use camera to analyze real experiments and give feedback
  • ✅ Protect student privacy with on-device processing
  • ✅ Speak in multiple regional languages

Imagine a child showing a paper volcano to their device and hearing:
“Nice setup! Try adding vinegar and baking soda now.”

That’s not the future. That’s our roadmap.

🌍 The Bottom Line: Why Lab2Life Matters

This isn’t just another EdTech project. Lab2Life is a science uprising that:

  • Turns bedrooms into laboratories
  • Makes parents co-scientists with their kids
  • Creates global communities of young inventors

- Builds habits of wonder that last a lifetime

💥 Built with Bolt. Powered by Passion. Ready for the World.

  • Tech Stack: Bolt + OpenAI + Sora + Canva + Netlify
  • Impact: Designed for high-scale use in underserved communities

- Vision: Every child becomes a scientist. Every home becomes a lab.

🧠 From a Crane to a Catalyst

From a wooden crane at 12...
To a full platform for millions… Lab2Life proves the best ideas don’t need permission — they need purpose.
