The problem you're solving Finance teams and accountants spend countless hours manually extracting and reviewing data from massive, unstructured financial PDFs and spreadsheets. This manual process is inefficient, highly susceptible to human error, and lacks an automated mechanism to spot hidden risks or trends, thereby slowing down critical business decision-making.
Your proposed solution We propose a secure, cross-platform mobile and web application that automates the extraction and analysis of complex financial documents. The system acts as an intelligent digital auditor—parsing documents, masking personal data for PDPA compliance, and visualizing key financial insights on a clean, intuitive dashboard to empower faster decision-making.
How your solution works Users upload their financial documents (such as PDFs or Excel files) into a secure cloud storage bucket. Before processing, the backend scrubs the documents of any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to ensure data privacy. The sanitized data is then processed by an AI model, which extracts key metrics and structures them into an actionable format.

The application's interface is built for rapid, frictionless navigation. The primary navigation includes a home button that is specifically designed to refresh the page and instantly fetch the latest AI-generated insights. Users can retrieve specific past records using the search button, or browse prior analyses chronologically via the history tab. Application preferences, including data retention rules, are managed within the settings menu. Additionally, administrative users have access to an Admin Page equipped with a secure top navigation logut button to immediately terminate the session and protect sensitive financial data.

The technologies and tools you used Frontend Development:Flutter and Dart for seamless cross-platform deployment, developed utilizing Visual Studio Code and Android Studio. Backend & Database:Firebase (Cloud Storage for secure document handling, Firestore for structured data storage, and Cloud Functions for backend logic). AI Engine: Google Gemini API for native document understanding and precise financial data extraction.
