Mission

Build an intelligent, conversational real estate platform that transforms how people search for properties. Instead of filling out complex forms, users simply describe what they're looking for using natural language (voice or text), and AI finds the perfect matches.

For Home Seekers

Conversational Property Search • Voice and text input powered by Web Speech API • AI understands natural queries like "I need a 2-bedroom apartment in Bratislava with a balcony under €200,000" • Searches through 6,000+ real properties in Bratislava and Košice

4-Step Property Analysis

  1. Local Amenities - Real-time data from OpenStreetMap showing nearby schools, hospitals, shops, parks, and public transport with distance calculations and an interactive map

  2. Environmental Analysis - AI assessment of air quality, flood/earthquake risks, green spaces, and pollution levels

  3. Market Analysis - Investment scoring, 1-5 year price projections, rental yield estimates, and historical trends

  4. Contact Agent - Chatbot-assisted contact form with email notifications to agents

For Developers

Analytics Dashboard • Search demand patterns by location, bedrooms, and features • Budget distribution analysis • District opportunity scoring (identifies where to build based on demand vs. supply) • AI-powered market insights and recommendations
