With our product AirLyft, we stand by a very clear vision where we aim to move the entire ecosystem from the same old boring static engagements to a much more interactive dynamic engagement by helping them learn about the product. With adequate knowledge, users will be motivated enough to interact with the product and perform certain actions to earn rewards. Another vision is to put an end to bot fest by removing the bots entirely from the events and bringing in only legitimate participants so that organizations can get the most out of the events they are hosting. It's very true that the entire events are raided by bots and there is currently no way to block them and that ultimately diminishes all interest of participants which causes these events to fail and startups to lose community members. In addition to this, there is currently no easy option for achieving dynamic engagement via marketing methodologies and having legit participation in the blockchain world. Solving this problem for community members and organizations and being a leader in this blockchain world is the vision of our team and our product AirLyft.
What it does
PROBLEM STATEMENT: At Kyte. One, we are building a suite of multichain dapps which is catered to solve niche problems in the blockchain world. Of these, our flagship product is AirLyft which is solving the way startups build, scale, and engage their communities. Looking at a broader view, in the current blockchain world, the marketing activities for crypto are a bot-fest & this ultimately causes huge losses to startups & the community alike. Events like airdrops are raided by bots and there is an unfair distribution of prizes that ultimately diminishes all interest of participants in these growth hacking activities. In addition to this, there is currently no option for rewarding users on dynamic activities that are being performed by the users on the organization's website, causing lesser and lesser conversions, and hence most of the users liquidate their tokens. In short, there is currently no easy option for achieving dynamic engagement via growth hacking methodologies and having legit participation in the blockchain world.
SOLUTION: This is the problem we are trying to solve with our flagship product, AirLyft which aims to provide a one-stop solution for all the growth hacking needs for a crypto startup where each organization can create an event and let AirLyft do the maximum for them. It will be a platform where startups can
Organize and Run customized events on social channels & their own apps. Distribute Rewards on-chain. Boost Project instantaneously. Organize infinite Giveaways, Quizzes, and Competitions. Integrate their SMART CONTRACTS for dynamic rewards. Generate UGC through a content creation module. Protect their giveaways from spam and bots using AI. Create multiple Reward Pools for guaranteed distributions. Explore the website to search for newer projects Explore & search for events. Host AMAs and streamline the process on a single page. Remove switching between platforms with our social channel integrations. Create Email funnels, User Retention Funnel, Marketing Funnel for more conversions. Get IN-DEPTH Analytics for understanding the project better.
By the time an event is completed, our apps will help projects get dynamic engagement from the entire blockchain community (totally BOT FREE) & reward them in KTE or their own native tokens. Be it Airdrops, Giveaways, Quizzes, Competitions - AirLyft provides a seamless experience. We are certain that this unified growth hacking platform is going to change the face of how marketing events are currently organized in the blockchain world.
How we built it
To validate the idea, we earlier performed a simple giveaway event where members had to perform a task on Instagram, Telegram, and Twitter and take a snapshot and post it on the social pages. To this, we received an overwhelming response of nearly 4600 participants, however, upon manually checking the entries, there were only 240 legit participations that have actually performed and participated in the events. We reached out to these legit participants and understood the problems better from their end and then very carefully picked out all the pain points. At the end of the day, we had a mountain of pain points with no real-world decentralized solution available for getting this rectified. We buckled up and noted down all the pain points and designed our architecture and features very carefully eliminating all kinds of issues being faced. To move a step forward we also designed multiple ways where users will be motivated to learn and earn from these rewards they earn and then participate in the projects more and more. We understood the need for dynamic engagement and the problem that we feel we are solving is what keeps us motivated each day and helps us build in the right direction.
Challenges we ran into
While the technology is really sorted out of the product AirLyft we are building into, the biggest challenges we ran into from a technical point of view were to make sure no bots are participating and that the platform is secure to distribute rewards on-chain. Being said that, we are working towards the expansion of our product on EVMOS ecosystem and with this hackathon, we are sure to achieve it.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
In the last 1 month, we have secured a total of 40+ partnerships which are Pangolin Finance, RMRK, Heroes of NFT, YAY Games, Lydia Finance, SnowCone DAO, Smashheroes NFT, MetaXeno, Hatchy Pocket, Crypto Seals, Husky Avax, Unfettered, Avata Network, Lost Worlds NFT, Onston network, Mobipad, Deliq Finance, Elk Finance, Forward Protocol, Dragon Crypto Gaming, YUSER, Pandora Finance, Evolution Land, Wizzare, OIG, Zecrey Protocol and many others.
In total, we have had 11+ events done last month in our beta release with over 12,000 users already signed up and participating in AirLyft with over $16,000 giveaways done. For instance, if you look at event from Onston Network, it was a metaverse alliance giveaway for 5 projects that received 6700+ participations.
What we learned
While the technology part in web 3.0 is sorted, we still need to focus more on the Social growth and the way bots, multiple participants have infested the campaigns that are being hosted by the startups and this is in fact a serious issue and needs some quick actioning. They need to move from old boring static engagements to a much more interactive dynamic engagement by helping them learn about the product. With adequate knowledge, users will be motivated enough to interact with the product and perform certain actions to earn rewards.
What's next for Kyte.One
The next thing we are building is our Smart Contract Integration feature where projects can create tasks by putting out conditions on Smart Contract. Apart from that, in an overall scenario, we aim at being a leader in the blockchain world to make sure that irrespective of ecosystem they belong to, our product AirLyft is well catered for them to us.
