Corrupt officials are being voted on because people are unaware of what the person has done. By creating a web application to serve as a platform for voting any government officials that has any illegal cases or activity during their time serving the public.
Frameworks and tools that was used:
- ReactJS
- Firebase
We built it overnight and tried our best to accomplish the core features of our web application.
The challenges that we ran into was the coming up an idea that is unique and at the same time feasible within the 24 hrs time frame for coding. It was hard to pitch ideas to the mentors because after pitching the mentors were always saying that it was common or too complicated to implement.
We're proud that we accomplished at least around 80% completion of our web application and implemented its core feature.
We learned that its not easy to solve societal problem and having feasible solutions.
