My Project Story: KRYPTIQ (The Web3 Duolingo) About the project I didn’t set out to build another crypto learning app. I started with a simple observation: Most people don’t enter Web3 because they understand it; they enter because of hype, a tweet. A meme. A Telegram group. Someone shouting, "This coin will run.” And that’s where the problem begins. Web3 is fast, emotional, and narrative-driven. But most education still focuses on definitions like "What is blockchain?" or "What is DeFi?", while ignoring the real issue: how people actually behave in crypto environments. That gap is what led to KRYPTIQ What I built: KRYPTIQ is an AI-powered Web3 learning experience that teaches users how to think and survive in crypto, not just understand it. Instead of traditional lessons, users learn through interactive scenarios and simulations, such as the following:
- Meme coin hype situations
- Scam and FOMO decision moments
- Narrative-driven market shifts
- Real-time Web3 behavioral challenges
The goal is simple: Teach judgement in chaotic crypto environments, not memorisation. Users progress through modes like the following:
- Survival Mode
- Meme Coin Mode
- DeFi Mode
- Solana Mode Each one focuses on a different layer of Web3 behaviour. How I built it with MeDo: I used MeDo as a product co-pilot rather than just a building tool. Instead of designing screens first, I built the product through conversation—shaping flows around:
- User emotions (fear, curiosity, FOMO)
- behavioural decision-making loops
- gamified learning progression
- immersive UI structure This helped rapidly turn the idea into a structured learning experience with multiple interactive modes and AI-guided scenarios Challenges I faced: The biggest challenge was not technical; it was clarity. Because the idea sits between: education simulation gaming behavioral psychology and Web3 culture It was easy for it to become “too many things at once". So I had to constantly refine one question: What is the real transformation this product gives the user? The answer became: From emotional crypto decisions → to informed behavioural awareness. That clarity shaped everything else. What I learned: Building this project changed how I think about education in general. I realised: People don’t struggle because information is missing. They struggle because context is missing. Especially in Web3, where:
- Narratives move faster than explanations
- Emotions move faster than logic and decisions are often social, not technical So learning systems need to evolve beyond static content; they need to simulate reality. KRYPTIQ: The Web3 Duolingo KRYPTIQ is not trying to make people “crypto experts". It’s trying to make them aware participants in a chaotic digital economyBecause in Web3, the difference between confusion and clarity is often just experience, and experience can be simulated.
