Inspiration: I was inspired to create this project from my own school experience. Since childhood, I always used to see teachers filling attendance registers, writing student marks, preparing report cards, and managing many school records manually every quarter and throughout the academic year. I noticed that teachers and the principal had to spend a lot of time on paperwork instead of focusing on students and teaching. Seeing this made me think about how an automation app and technology could make these tasks easier and faster. Even today, many schools still rely on manual processes, which can be time-consuming, difficult to manage, and often expensive when using multiple separate systems. That is what inspired me to create this project—to provide schools with a cost-effective all-in-one solution that reduces manual work, saves time, streamlines school management, and includes features such as push notifications to improve communication between teachers, principals, students, and parents.

What it does: This project helps schools manage their daily work digitally instead of doing everything by hand. It makes things like student records attendance teacher details and other school work easier to manage in one place. The main goal is to save time reduce paperwork and make the work easier for teachers and the principal.

How we built it: I built it with the help of GPT 5.6 Terra and some parts I coded by myself.

Challenges we ran into: The first challenge was multi tenancy because I didnt know how to do it. Then adding all the features was also hard. I also didnt know how email domains database creation worked. The coding was complex and it there were many features which needed their own system as teacher attendance (qr based), notifications, email otp sending and slowly with features it became a very large project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: Right now I have successfully added School MCP attendance system and email OTP sending. Im proud that I was able to build these features and make them work together in the project.

What we learned: I learned many things while building this project like how to create a proper project structure how to use AI support the right way and how to first create AI guide files before starting development. But the biggest thing I learned was how to use AI properly while coding especially GPT 5.6 Terra.

What's next for Kryin Ephor: I am thinking to make it fully AI automated and add more features like reporting time automatic fees system and many more. I want to keep improving it and make it more useful for schools.
