Marketing agencies often struggle with chaotic workflows, unclear responsibilities, and time wasted on manual communication. Team leads walk cabin-to-cabin to understand workloads, while employees have no clear daily roadmap. This inspired us to build a system that removes confusion and replaces it with clarity and automation.

What it does

Our platform is an AI-powered workspace that:

Analyzes client briefs given by the founder

Breaks them into tasks based on job roles

Sends instant popup notifications to the right people

Shows a project moodboard when a user enters their workspace

Displays personalized greetings based on the time of day

Tracks employee activity (online / active / offline)

Gives team leads real-time control and visibility

It transforms unstructured agency work into an organized, automated flow.

How we built it

We built the system using:

A custom workflow prompt optimized for one credit

Responsive UI with aesthetic light colors (white, beige, soft pink, red accents)
