Project Name: Krishi-Lens Vision: To be the indispensable digital companion for Indian farmers, empowering them with data-driven, sustainable, and community-verified agricultural knowledge. Strategy: We will execute a phased rollout, beginning with a focused Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to deliver immediate value through AI-powered crop diagnosis. Our architecture is built on a pluggable provider model for both Authentication and AI services, allowing us to launch quickly with best-in-class APIs (Firebase, Gemini) and scale cost-effectively by switching to self-hosted solutions (OpenIddict, Custom ONNX model) as we grow.
