Inspiration
Millions of farmers struggle to get timely support when facing crop diseases, irrigation failures, fertilizer issues, or government-related agricultural problems. Existing systems are often manual, slow, fragmented, and inaccessible for farmers who speak regional languages.
We wanted to explore how autonomous AI agents could transform agricultural governance by automating issue resolution workflows instead of simply acting as a chatbot.
This inspired us to build KrishiFlow AI — an AI-powered workflow automation platform designed specifically for agricultural operations and farmer support systems.
What it does
KrishiFlow AI is an autonomous agricultural workflow platform that helps farmers report issues using voice or text in Hindi or English.
The system:
- analyzes farmer problems using AI
- identifies crop-related issues
- classifies severity
- routes tickets intelligently
- triggers escalation workflows
- updates officer dashboards in real time
- generates AI-powered resolution summaries
The platform demonstrates how AI agents can automate operational workflows in agriculture and improve governance efficiency.
How we built it
We built the frontend using:

For AI and automation:

The backend handles:

We focused heavily on creating a modern enterprise-grade UI inspired by premium SaaS platforms.
Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges was designing the platform to feel like an autonomous AI operations system rather than a basic chatbot.
We also faced challenges in:

- real-time dashboard synchronization
- voice input handling
- creating realistic AI automation flows
Another major challenge was balancing technical functionality with polished user experience within limited hackathon time.
