Challenges we ran into
Inspiration $2.2B was laundered out of DeFi in 2024 in 15–90 minutes — incumbents only write post-mortems, so we built the missing real-time sensor.
What it does Tracks stolen funds wallet-by-wallet across Ethereum, predicts their next hop, and streams a signed incident report in under 5 seconds.
How we built it A pipeline of GAT (graph scoring) + LSTM (next-hop) + Qwen 235B on Cerebras (narrative), with a mempool sentinel and an HMAC-signed manifest on top.
Challenges we ran into Hitting 94% fraud recall on a 0.2% minority class while keeping the full pipeline under a 5-second latency budget.
Accomplishments that we're proud of A fully working product at submission — 97% GAT accuracy, < 5s end-to-end, native HMAC provenance, 95–100% test coverage. What we learned Graph topology beats blacklists, LLMs belong in the narrative layer (not the decision loop), and crypto-native provenance answers MiCA cleaner than any retrofit.
