Inspiration
To build a chatbot that can assist new users on an educational platform (here taken into account Coursera).
What it does
Some of the key features of Koursera are:
- Can let you know about enrollment costs.
- Can describe her capabilities and personality really well.
- Can connect you to human agent.
- Can handle positive/negative feedback with ease.
- Will greet you lovingly.
- Can assure you of your data security as well.
- Can entertain you with jokes as well!
How we built it
It's a type of Watson Assistant. I built it using IBM Watson services that are available on IBM Cloud Dashboard.
Challenges we ran into
Adding a lot of functionalities took a lot of time and I had to pay attention to each and every type of query and generated response.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It's my very first chatbot and it works pretty effectively.
What we learned
Learned to work with various services on IBM Cloud.
What's next for Koursera - The Chatbot
More and more functionalities could be added to make the conversation even smoother.
