Inspiration — Konnectic Energy was inspired by a deep belief that working together should be the most accessible and beneficial action in business.
What it does — Konnectic Energy is a full service social platform for B2B companies that uses machine learning to book consistent meetings for users. The platform makes marketing mutually beneficial by encouraging meetings with a point system.
How I built it — The project is currently in the early development stage. It will be built using Amazon Web Services and will utilize Amazon’s machine learning tools.
Challenges I ran into — Finances have been the biggest challenge. Most of my time, the owner, is spent looking for investors and networking. It’s been difficult because the prototype won’t be completed until the end of April.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of — The team I’ve recruited seem to be top notch. Nothing can be successful without a solid team and I’m proud to say I’ve found one.
What I learned — I’ve learned never to give up on your dream. The idea for this software was actually conceived 4 years ago. Since then I’ve worked hard to learn as much as I can about this industry. Now I finally believe I’m ready to launch my dream.
What's next for Konnectic Energy — I intend to launch the software in the Fall of this year. From there working with the marketing team for the most effective reach and perfecting the software with the development team will be the focus. Soon I hope to be more involved with social projects. I’m also really excited about passing on the skills I’ve learned to others.
