Inspiration
We had an incident in our home town of Cape Coral where elementary student stood by the road because lack of benches, and since they were picked up early in the morning before the sun rose, and the fact that there were no lights by the bus stops, a few children passed away from being hit by cars, and the manner in which local government found out about the issue and how it concerned its citizens was slow so we wanted to speed up that process.
What it does
This project allows people in a school, business, or city to submit problems about their area to their governing bodies and also submit solutions to their problems and all of this will be periodically submitted to their governing bodies.
How I built it
We used aws rds, and android studio, and android achirtecture components.
Challenges I ran into
The challenges of incorporating aws systems into our project, first time using them.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
we having a working use case of a students submitting problems to their university.
What I learned
I learned about endpoints and connecting to servers and connecting to a cloud based database.

we will develop this solution further to help other people in their communities,
