Inspiration

After working as a developer, project manager, product manager, and now managing bigger projects, I have seen the fragmented landscape of modern development tools and the vision for unified AI-powered collaboration.

Kolabri could be the first step to answer those gaps.

What it does

Comprehensive overview of KTerminal, agile management, modern UX, and environment-aware architecture

How we built it

A one Product Managers effort using Bolt in 2 weeks time, I was able to create a demo. Technical architecture was using React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and backend integration patterns.

Day 1: AI generated a full scaffold; core flows running by evening. Following days: incremental coding, refactor, and test cycles. Early speed was high, but as context grew, AI iterations slowed - more tokens, longer debug loops. I had to split the project to multiple chats as well as had to separate the backend and frontend to different chats. Progress relied on strong analytical skills to trim prompts, isolate bugs, and fine‑tune outputs.

Challenges we ran into

Speed inversion: fast start, slow finish because larger context strained the model. Edge‑case fixes: AI struggled with last‑mile bugs; manual analysis was essential. Token budget: growing context increased cost and required tighter prompting. Solo load: balancing coding, testing, and UX alone. Other challenges: Complex state management, UI/UX consistency, data architecture, and environment configuration

What we learned

AI works best as a co-pilot. Cross-discipline experience speeds trade-offs and keeps the product grounded in real team needs.

What's next for Kolabri: Where AI meets Agile for Product Management

Create a Team, fine tune models Advanced AI features, integrations, analytics, collaboration enhancements, platform expansion, and industry solutions Integrate with major issue trackers. Add predictive velocity charts. Launch pilot programmes and prepare for public release.
