Inspiration

We love reading blogs on Substack, but we noticed that their text-to-speech (TTS) feature could be more robust. We wanted to create a way to enjoy blog content hands-free, making it easier to consume articles on the go.

What it does

Curates a custom feed of your favorite blogs.
Converts blog posts into audio so you can listen instead of reading.
Lets you queue up posts and create a playlist to listen to anytime, just like a podcast. ## How we built it we used the following:
Next.js for a seamless, dynamic frontend.
Auth0 for secure authentication.
Neon (PostgreSQL) to store user preferences and blog data.
11labs(tts)
Gemmini AI (advance parssing) ## Challenges we ran into This was our first hackathon, and being new to some of the technologies meant that even simple tasks took longer than expected. Balancing scope and functionality was a learning experience. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of
