Inspiration

I was inspired by the difficulties college students face in choosing the right career, understanding skill gaps, and preparing for placements across different platforms.

What it does

Know2Grow helps students discover careers, identify skill gaps, follow a learning roadmap, practice questions, track performance, prepare for hiring rounds, analyze resumes, and find suitable opportunities in one place.

How I built it

I built Know2Grow using Flask, SQLite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Gemini, and deployment it on Render.

Challenges I ran into

my main challenges were connecting all the features into one workflow, avoiding repeated practice questions, and handling Gemini API integration reliably.

Accomplishments that I was proud of

I was proud that I turned the idea into a working web application with a complete career-to-placement workflow and a live deployed version.

What I have learned

I learned how to build and deploy a real web application, work with database and API's, integrate AI, and think about the project from a student's perspective.

What's next for Know2Grow

Next, I want to add live job and internship opportunities, better personalized recommendations, larger question banks, and more advanced AI-powered resume and interview features.
