What it does
The user who wants to know more about the product, the messenger bot acts as the marketing guy. You talk to the bot: "what's all about the X-product". Then the bot will pass to analytics and you'll get your response.
How I built it
The system has two sub-systems, the bot and sentimental analysis through analytics platform. The bot takes your text and gets the keyword which is X-product. Through sentimental analysis the keyword is been processed and analyzed through how people post about the product then it filters by positive, neutral and negative posts then it gives you more info about product. Then it process through the bot again
Challenges I ran into
Setting up the server wasn't the walk in the park. Sentimental analysis script was running only once.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The server is up and I found many servers I can host the bot at. I used Heroku instead of ngrok.
