Inspiration
We wanted to promote learning and fun in the process of immigration.
What it does
A comprehensive platform that provides tools for learning and adaptation before making the journey, but also a way to reach out for help if needed.
How we built it
We used a variety of platforms including web, mobile, and even augmented reality to demo the full vision of Ellis.
Challenges we ran into
We only had a short time to create a working prototype. Github won't hold files over 100mb. 3GB+ repo zipped and put on Google Drive and shared publicly.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Completed a substantial working demo of the Ellis platform that includes several interactive pieces.
What we learned
Using a lot of extra time Friday night to continue brainstorming on a concept was time well spent.
What's next for Ellis
We'll be awaiting feedback and decide on any next steps after that.
