Inspiration

We took inspiration from Hollow Knight, Celeste, and Dark Souls (for the character) to make a game based off of darkness

What it does

It throws a knight into a darkness themed dungeon for the knight to explore and solve puzzles

How we built it

We used Unity to create our game

Challenges we ran into

We mainly had issues with GitHub for conflict merges, but given it was pretty much the entire team's first time making a game there was a steep learning curve

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of being able to make a good looking game in 36 hours that has well made assets and lighting

What we learned

Game design is extremely difficult and time consuming

What's next for Knight Light

We plan on making bug fixes, respawn anchor, and puzzles
