Inspiration

The potential to have real-world impact and help people find the perfect car for their needs. We aimed to make the car selection process as seamless and personalized as possible.

What it does

Using analytics provided by salesforce to interpret web behavior and other customer data. By integrating this data with a database of the latest Mercedes-Benz EV models and features, we offer a refined car recommendation engine.

Our platform includes an intuitive user interface that supports real-time personalization. This UI adapts dynamically as it learns more about the user's preferences and continuously updates the customer persona with any new information received. The goal is to deliver a personalized car shopping experience that feels tailored to each user.

Challenges we ran into

Setting up the salesforce environment and interacting with it was hard at first, but as we got more into it, we were able to deal with it and also to appreciate it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Good teamwork, building a salesforce-integrated solution that is scalable and makes it easy to build upon for enterprises.

What we learned

Developing with salesforce, utilizing OpenAI Assistants efficiently, using interactive 3D models for UI

What's next for Knaight

Sleep and probably dreaming of Einstein. Also updating the 3D images on the UI to match the chat as well as the technical specifications of each model.
