What it does

Enable people to pay for real life events and services using crypto.

How we built it

The base was built using Golang powered by Liquid blockchain technology using Breez SDK and backed by Simplicity smart contracts security. With React Native providing an unify user experience.

Challenges we ran into

Work with the Simplicity smart contracts was a really big challenge, as it's a very recent technology. With just a few examples it was hard to create an original version of a smart contract flow. Pack the entire ecosystem involving local sidechain and the other elements into a docker container was a bit hard to configure also.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It was amazing to work as a team to deliver the best solutions as the time allows. Since we have never worked with Simplicity contracts, we're very happy to deliver a solution that built the contract code according to the system users and accounts. This was great.

What we learned

Fit the Simplicity smart contract execution in the flow of a real life scenario, was harder then we imagined. The potential is great, but as every new technology, the challenge was hard.

What's next for Klever NFC

The ideia seems promising, as an MVP we still need to polish the solution an integrate the blockchain technology even further. For sure, we're going to keep evolving this product.
