We are using kiwi wearable technology to help team players to be synchronized. Team players will be notifies when they are not sync with their team mates so they can adjust their moments to perform better with team mates. As this is done through a waterproof watch it's easy and practical for a team to implement this idea. For the demo we are using

- laptop projected to the screen (PC)
- mobile phone on projector
