KitZen - Personality Tests

Inspiration

My fascination with psychological tests inspired KitZen. My own journey of self-discovery started with personality tests, and I believe the most exciting adventure in life is the one that leads inward.

What it does

KitZen looks like a game where you answer quirky questions as if you’re reading a story. We wrapped it all in cats, because… why not? Cats are cute, fun, and attention-grabbing — the perfect hook for something playful yet meaningful.

How we built it

The heart of KitZen is content (the tests), and design. We created the content and visuals in two weeks, and the first functional version was developed in just one week using SwiftUI.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was making the content both engaging and meaningful. We didn’t want boring surveys — we wanted fun, story-driven questions that still reveal something real.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We’re proud of the content most of all — and the design, which feels unique and playful.

What we learned

We learned not to be afraid of our slightly crazy ideas. Sometimes the “weird” ones are the most memorable.

What's next for KitZen

We plan to add more tests, user profiles, and gamification to make self-discovery even more engaging.
