Inspiration
The Kirkland Brand Flow was inspired by the app Flow Free.
What it does
The Kirkland Brand Flow lets users play through three 5x5 puzzles, where the objective is to connect the colors without leaving any blank space on the board.
How we built it
Since our team is coding from home, we used aggie.io as a whiteboard to record what ideas we wanted to incorporate and which mechanics were necessary to play. Once we had a better picture of what we wanted, we created a shared replit to code to. When all changes were finalized we uploaded our code and assets to a GitHub repository.
Challenges we ran into
- Indent errors
- Finding an efficient way to code from home
- Trouble getting images to display
- Indent errors
- Figuring out how to plot dots on the grid
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We created Kirkland Brand Flow.
What we learned
- How to collaborate and code from home
- How to brainstorm
- How to fix indent errors
What's next for Kirkland Brand Flow
Perhaps finding a more visually pleasing way to connect the dots on screen for the user. Other than that, it works.
