Inspiration

Kirha is a real-time data layer for AI agents. Context-as-a-Service (CaaS). We route your agents' prompts to a curated marketplace of data providers before falling back to Web Search. After the Healthcare JPMorgan week, Kirha launches its "Medical" vertical - connecting AI agents to the most important sources in the domain (Clinical Trials, OpenFDA drugs catalog, PubMed research papers, preprints, patents,s and more)

What it does

Kirha Life is a hotline that’s always available to answer your medical questions, grounded in facts. Conversations are completely private, while Kirha Search Logs are retained for potential future audits. Don’t overload hospitals. Use Kirha Life.

How we built it

Patient Voice-to-Text runs entirely on your local machine. We never send your original queries to any third-party service.

Each conversation creates an isolated Daytona Sandbox that exists only for the duration of the call. During this time, a Kirha agent searches our Medical vertical. When the call ends, the sandbox is terminated.

Once Kirha responds, we use ElevenLabs for text-to-speech (TTS). Unlike your original query, Kirha’s response is non-private and contains only grounded medical facts, never patient information.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We’ve proven that Kirha is an auditable search layer, ready for AI agents that need to reach production fast, without the overhead of building and maintaining custom data integrations.

What we learned

We learn to configure a local speech-to-text model to run on a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. Find the balance between performance and time-to-first-token.

What's next for Kirha Life

After JPMorgan week, Kirha signed two SMBs in the medical industry. As a result, this hackathon feature might come to life in the very near future.
