Inspiration Every hotel lobby, vacation rental, apartment complex, and corporate venue faces the same quiet problem: guests and visitors constantly ask the same questions. "What's the Wi-Fi password?" "What time does the pool close?" "Where's the nearest coffee shop?" A human staff member has to stop what they're doing and answer — over and over, around the clock.
The inspiration for KioskConcierge was simple: replace that repetitive information-desk burden with a 24/7 AI voice concierge that runs on a standard tablet, knows everything about the property, and can search the surrounding neighborhood in real time. Any property, any venue — not just luxury hotels. A small Airbnb host, a co-working space, a corporate lobby, a university dormitory — all face the same problem and all deserve the same solution.
We built it under Miliojen LLC with a single goal: make enterprise-grade AI concierge technology accessible to any property owner at a flat, predictable $50 per month per location.
What it does KioskConcierge is a voice-first AI concierge designed to run fullscreen on a property tablet. Visitors walk up, tap the screen, and speak naturally. The concierge answers instantly — in a dynamically configured voice persona with a custom name, gender, pitch, and speaking rate set by the property owner.
