There are almost 38 million people with hearing problems in the United States and for most of these people the American Sign Language (ASL) is the best way to communicate. That's why we came up with the idea to build a game that would help people learn ASL.

In our game, the user will have an account where he will put his basic information and the game will keep track the points he earns. As we believe that learning is a process that requires consistency, if the user doesn't play for 3 days in a row, he or she will lose 30 points.

Additionally, Kinesics has a leaderboard and we believe that through competition people will feel more stimulated to engage more in the game, earn more points and learn more.

Levels:

Beginner:

The user will see images of the signs and will have to guess what letter it is.

Leap Motion:

The user will be given a letter and will have to make the sign so the leap motion can detect.
