250K Deaths per year in US due to medical error and one of the reasons was that there was no documented record of the patient’s medical history. 7k deaths took place due to doctor's sloppy handwriting ~2000 deaths in the US due to miscommunication
What it does
Neat and clean interface that will allow Patients to share the required information on a button click. Save data entry cost and time. In case of emergency, an alert will go to family members on a button click, and information which user want to share like location, allergy details or any other details will be shared automatically so that timely help can be provided. Users can share prescriptions to the pharmacy before even going to the pharmacy and till you reach the pharmacy your package will be ready Search nearby doctors, ambulances, hospitals. Track your health Alerts like water, medicine, tests, dental checkup Maintain historical data Patient owns data HIPPA compliant WCAG, ADA compliant
How we built it
We used flutter and @protocol Down the line planning to use FIHR for the standard format used across with @ protocol security and important feature you own your data
