Buying a home is one of the most stressful, opaque, and confusing processes people go through. From endless searches to navigating loans and paperwork, it often feels like there’s no one guiding you through it. We wanted to build an AI-powered platform that not only simplifies the journey—but acts like a real estate coach that stays with you for life.

What it does

Keyvi AI is a lifetime real estate assistant. It helps users:

Find homes that match their taste, lifestyle, and financial situation

Understand if they can afford the home (and how to get there if not)

Access personalized loan and grant options

Get a step-by-step plan from pre-approval to move-in

Stay supported post-purchase with tools like Decorator AI, maintenance tracking, and more

How we built it

We started with a structured onboarding quiz built using React, integrated with a real-time recommendation engine powered by Groq and LLama. We used Perplexity APIs to fetch listings, and trained our match algorithm using affordability logic and financial rules. Team collaboration happened in real time during the hackathon using Cursor.
