Inspiration

Selling Luxury homes may be a time-sensitive and complicated task for both the seller and the buyer involved. I wanted to make a platform where the buying, selling, renting, and funding for homes would all join together to provide a more united market to help buy dream homes.

What it does

Provides a panel for luxury home owners to sell their own home, rent it out, or to help others secure loans.

How I built it

Used Laravel and Node.js to populate and record database entries using mysql. Used Material Design Css framework for the front end.

Challenges I ran into

Posting large images, fixed post_max_size, getting agent profiles, and track record scores to work and sync.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

This platform will help sellers, treat luxury home selling like a game, and provide them deep analytics and clients it's a win-win situation.

What I learned

Ability to learn further laravel and grow my skills as a php developer.

What's next for KeyEntrance

Hoping to get this out into market, utilize smart contracts to verify home transactions.
