KBC Science Academy needed a modern digital platform that could bring students, learning resources, academic updates and academy management together in one place. The goal was to make everyday academic communication and resource access simpler for both students and administrators.

What it does

KBC Science Academy is an AI-powered digital learning platform for students and academy administrators.

Students can:

• Create an account and securely log in
• Access study notes and PDF resources
• Search and manage their available downloads
• View the latest academy updates
• Check their class timetable
• View published test results
• Manage their student profile
• Get help through an AI-powered assistant

Administrators can:

• Manage student information
• Manage study notes and learning resources
• Publish announcements and notices
• Manage class timetables
• Manage batches
• Track student and parent inquiries
• Organize website content from an admin dashboard

How we built it

The platform was built as a web application using HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Firebase services for authentication and cloud-based data management. The interface was designed to be responsive and easy to use across desktop and mobile devices.

Challenges

One of the main challenges was connecting multiple parts of an education platform into a single consistent experience. Student authentication, resource access, academic information, administration tools and AI assistance all needed to work together while keeping the interface simple.

What we learned

Building this project helped us understand how a real-world education platform can combine frontend development, authentication, database-driven content, administrative workflows and AI assistance. We also learned the importance of designing features around the actual needs of students and educators.

Future improvements

Future versions can include online lectures, online examinations, attendance tracking, personalized AI study plans, automated content generation and deeper student performance analytics.
