Inspiration: I lost my dad while I was 3 months old I had to focus in something that will change .y life and family. I was inspired by the large scale farmers on shamba shape up on Tv

What it does : this is all about farming, planning sugarcane,maize,beans it pays my school's fees,my bills, we don't buy food like before, we're sorted

How I built it : I started with a nursery with a few crops later on majored in a small piece of land and now on a 2 acres land...this is by my hardwork and determination

Challenges I ran into : inadequate rainfall which made my crops to wilt, inadequate funds to purchase the seedlings and fertilizers

Accomplishments that I'm proud of : I've managed to harvest 10bags of maize,took my brother to school since my step dad left us in 2012 planning to invest more and take him to highschool and support my mom as well

What I learned : youths should major in self employment opportunities,it will aid them more than being employed,always be determined and focus on what you're doing,white collar jobs pays but farming will always lead

What's next for Kazi mashinani: I'm planting more trees this year during the pandemic so that in the next 5-10 years, I'll be exporting more indigenous trees to other countries and flowers too
