I saw there are countless talented people with valuable skills—but they struggle to earn from them.
Let me share a real example: my friend Megha is a fantastic Mehendi designer. She has a smartphone, she has internet access—but she still can’t turn her talent into income. Why?
The biggest barriers are language and digital awareness. Most freelancer platform and job posting are not in local language. People like Megha isn’t comfortable with the language and isn’t familiar with how these platforms work So my solution aim to bridge this gap by creating a platform kaushal setu
What it does
Kaushal setu firstly analyse the potential of individuals by taking tests and small information then after based on their capabilities it provides the best path to continue and earn money, at each step it provides the guidance to the candidate. Ai assistance also help to make the profile, dealing with job notifications and many more
How we built it
Tech stack is js, react js, tailwind, node, express, mongodb, gemini api .
