'''Kanbanista is a project-based digital PA system that allows administrators to create projects with a specific pin for privacy. The users can directly upload any PDF files into the system, i.e meeting minutes, planning documents, which would be processed by Google Gemini AI to automatically populate the dashboard with relevant tasks that need to be done. For example, if the PDF file is an event planning document, Gemini AI would populate the dashboard with tasks such as finalising the venue, menu, etc, based on its discerned priority and status of completion. The dashboard is integrated with Google Calendar services, which allows administrators and project members to identify the most optimal timing for a collective meeting and arrange a meeting during that period of time (Users would need to RSVP through their email). Users can manually edit details like priority and date for greater precision, while also being able to manually adding meetings, if need be. '''
