The Problem: Over 65% of students are passive readers. They skim dense, linear text without making mental connections, losing 90% of the information within 24 hours. Current EdTech puts books on screens but ignores the cognitive load.

The Solution (KaleidoLearn): We use a multi-modal AI architecture to deconstruct a single document into 4 synergistic modes:

  1. Adaptive Read: A sliding "Complexity Dial" (Grade 5 to PhD). The AI rewrites the text instantly while preserving every critical fact, date, and technical term.
  2. Audio Forge: Turns the text into a natural, conversational AI-generated podcast. Learn while commuting or exercising.
  3. Mind Meld: Extracts key entities and builds an interactive, colorful D3.js force-directed graph showing how concepts (like "Photosynthesis" and "Chlorophyll") connect.
  4. Oracle Q&A: A Socratic AI tutor that answers questions based strictly on the uploaded document and shows you the exact page number and sentence it used, eliminating AI hallucinations.

Why We Win: We tackled the retention problem, not just the access problem. We make learning active, visual, and auditory.
