The inspiration
Most people don't struggle with coming up with ideas or building things. They struggle with what comes after.
A developer builds an impressive side project, a founder creates a prototype, or someone spends months building a product. Then reality hits: positioning, branding, landing pages, content, launch platforms, startup directories, marketing, and distribution.
Building the product is only half the journey. Getting it in front of the right people is another full-time job.
We started Kailashe to solve this problem.
Our belief is simple: the distance between building something and turning it into a business should be dramatically smaller.

What we built
Kailashe is an AI-powered launch platform that helps people turn side projects into businesses.
Instead of giving users another chatbot that tells them what to do, Kailashe focuses on getting the work done.

Kailashe uses AI-powered nvidia workflows to help transform a project into a market-ready business. It coordinates the work involved in preparing a launch, from understanding the product and shaping its positioning to creating launch materials and preparing distribution across relevant platforms.
Our vision is to make launching a business feel as simple as sharing a project.
How we built it
We approached Kailashe as an orchestration problem rather than a single-prompt AI application.
A successful product launch involves many different jobs, and each requires a different kind of reasoning and execution. We designed the platform around specialized AI workflows that can handle individual stages of the launch process while maintaining a shared understanding of the product.
The system is designed around three principles:
- Understand: Understand what the user has built, its value proposition, intended audience, and potential market.
- Execute: Turn that understanding into the assets and tasks required to prepare a business for launch.
- Distribute: Help products reach potential customers through relevant launch platforms and distribution channels.
We want AI to move beyond generating suggestions and become an execution layer that helps people accomplish meaningful work.
What we learned
One of our biggest learnings was that building a product and building a business are two very different challenges.
AI has made software development dramatically faster, but the surrounding work of launching, marketing, and distributing a product remains fragmented across dozens of tools and workflows.
We also learned that simply connecting multiple AI agents does not automatically create a useful product. The real challenge is coordinating their work, preserving context, maintaining quality, and producing outputs that people can actually use.
Most importantly, we realized that distribution should not be an afterthought. It should be built into the product from day one.
Challenges we faced
The biggest challenge was breaking down something as broad as launching a business into workflows that AI can reliably execute.
Different projects have different audiences, business models, positioning, and launch requirements. A generic workflow cannot produce great results for everyone.
We had to think carefully about how to make the system flexible enough to handle different types of projects while keeping the experience simple.
Another challenge was moving from AI-generated recommendations to actual execution. Generating a launch plan is easy. Coordinating the steps, creating useful deliverables, and connecting them to real distribution channels is considerably harder.
What's next
We see Kailashe as more than a launch tool.
Every project launched through Kailashe can become another distribution channel for the platform. Every founder, builder, and creator who launches something can introduce Kailashe to their own audience.
Our long-term vision is to build an ecosystem where anyone with an idea or a working prototype can turn it into a real business without needing an entire team for marketing, operations, and distribution.
