Inspiration
The motivation for this question comes from the rich amount of features of the property that are listed for each hosts house as well as the fact that the other datasets looked a bit bland.
What it does
It attempts to find a correlation between the features of homes listed in AirBnB and the real estate value of the property in the Seattle Metropolitan Area
How we built it
With love and with scikit learn, pandas, numpy, Matplotlib and love
Challenges we ran into
Finding appropriate datasets and tweaking the features to improve the score of the models
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creating meaningful visuals. For example the score of a model over a range of its tunning parameter.
