After reading the Fidelity Challenge Statement. My group and I were really interested in creating a website that acts as a educational hub for any one who needs it. We wanted to incorporate recourses such as educational videos and links, scholarship opportunities, and even a budget sheet calculator to help spread financial literacy to all people. We were inspired because we knew how important it is for people to understand how finances work and being prepared and informed is something everyone should be. We built our project working collaboratively in creating a website using HTML, CSS, and Java Script. We also incorporated SQL databases for our scholarship database collection. Some challenges we faced included not being super familiar with front-end development. This is my first type of front-end development and so It was a cool learning experienced. Overall, we had a great time developing this website and we were able to gain a lot out of it.
