Inspiration
Oregon Trail! We couldn't resist making a new spin for what is now an almost 50-year-old game.
What it does
It simply simulates life aboard a spacecraft and the daily challenges that the crew members face as they fight back against starvation, thirst, and death.
How we built it
We used python to create texts and opportunities to make decisions.
Challenges we ran into
The game is incomplete, mostly because we are only two fairly inexperienced programmers, and we bit off a bit more than we can chew. I plan to continue working on this project in the hopes of making something fun, but other than that it was fun to begin, with not many difficulties thus far.

I think the concept is great! The way the different mechanics are meant to interact with each other is really exciting.
