How does one improve failing high school rates, that keep dropping, and falling lower, and lower fiscal year, after fiscal year?

Simple: follow suit with the current US military model paying for a graduating students way thru college and giving that individual a long term contract that enables him/her to have some sort of direction as far as life after graduating.

Any current company in the United States can more or less go into contract with X student graduating from high school and essentially just follow suit by maintaining a certain GPA while enrolled at an accredited university and giving said student a long term job contract that would on average last between 4-6 years.

What this gives the student is the peace of mind of not having to worry about student loans just as long as he/she maintains their GPA's till graduation and gives them job marketable skills that they can choose to either continue with X company after the duration of their contract or choose to move with whatever choice in life they choose to do so.

The advantages for the companies that choose to participate will be that they will have a guaranteed employee (granted said employee graduates), and also they can benefit from educational tax breaks that will essentially erase their financial costs as far as students enrolling into the program.

Anyway, this is just a working concept of the idea but wanted peoples input.

Thank you for your time.
