Inspiration

In past hackathons, I was more focused on creating than on thinking. I want people to learn how to interpret their review and understand why it says what it says.

What it does

Judge Mirror reviews your project submission and helps you understand your work.

How we built it

I used the Devpost Learn Skill Pack's plan-first flow. It was great, but new to me and difficult to tackle.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was the free tier of Gemini. It's free to use, but a lot of people use it, so it isn't always good enough for people to replicate exactly what the video shows.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proudest of the handwritten overlay feel. Some things are fine, but I think this is something unique, something I have not done before.

What we learned

Everyone has a chance to make mistakes. AI tends to make mistakes, and it can sometimes misinterpret what is meant.

What's next for Judge Mirror

I want to turn this into something I can deploy and earn from.
